STORE MANAGER OF NORTHERN GRIP TALLINN

Join Northern Grip – an established vintage store from Riga, Latvia, now expanding into the Estonian market.
We specialize in carefully curated vintage clothing sourced from the USA, France, Germany, Japan, and beyond. For us, vintage isn’t just about age – it’s a conscious choice rooted in quality, originality, and sustainability.

We’re looking for a motivated and responsible Store Manager to lead our Tallinn location. While the role initially involves managing one store, from October you will also take on responsibility for a second location. You’ll oversee not only day-to-day operations but also shop staff, store performance, and social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth, efficient workflows
• Manage and support shop staff, including scheduling, guidance, and performance oversight
• Plan and maintain visually appealing store layouts and product displays
• Prepare reports and conduct sales performance analysis
• Communicate regularly with our head office in Latvia
• Create and execute strategies to improve store performance and boost sales
• Develop and post daily social media content featuring new arrivals, store updates, and more
• Actively participate in or manage the creation of TikTok and Instagram content, such as street interviews, in-store customer interviews, and styling tips – being confident on camera or coordinating staff participation is a must

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Estonian (spoken and written)
• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and initiative
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to react quickly and efficiently to unexpected situations
• Confidence in content creation and a proactive attitude towards social media engagement
• Genuine interest in vintage fashion and lifestyle (strongly preferred)
• Driver’s license (preferred)
